Workshop Overview
Join yoga teacher Claire Whalley and swim coach Angus McChesney on these uplifting summer retreats.
Angus will be guiding us on some exciting sea swims. Coastal swims with views of the Isle of Wight or if weather permits, wild swimming off a boat, exploring the sandy beaches, coves, and caves around the Needles of the Isle of Wight.
Claire will be offering uplifting outdoor practice outside in the gardens of Tiptoe Lodge, in the New Forest, and on the beach, tapping into our summer energy and embracing the mid-summer sunshine.
Before breakfast she will be offering guided breath work and meditation to tap into our inner stillness and at sundown, a gentle restorative yoga practice and yoga nidra, the practice of conscious sleep, to ease physical and emotional tension from the body and welcome in a night of good sleep.
Delicious vegetarian or vegan food, locally sourced from Tiptoe Lodge’s garden will bring you sustenance. Expect to return home feeling revitalized and with an inner sense of deep peace & harmony. Opportunities also to have an art class with artist Annabel Eyres.

Please note:
Mats are provided for yoga, but you're welcome to bring your own. Please also bring something like a scarf, tie, or dressing gown cord that can act as a strap. If you're traveling by car, bringing a cushion and a blanket would be great.
If you have a bolster, even better, but it's not necessary. Don't forget your water bottle and a journal for making notes.
For swimming, bring a wetsuit if you feel the cold, along with a warm robe to change into. Goggles are also recommended.

If you’re driving pop the post code in your sat nav and it will take you there. If you are coming by train, Brockenhurst is the nearest station.
The retreat will make one trip to Brockenhurst station to pick up and drop off those who need and will be proposing a train for you to catch.
