At Clarity Pulse, we aim to provide a seamless and transparent experience for both guests and hosts. Every booking made through our platform is covered by one of our standard cancellation policies.
When creating a listing, hosts are required to select one of the policies below. Guests can view the chosen policy directly on each listing before confirming their booking.
Standard Cancellation Policies
At Clarity Pulse, we want to make booking experiences fair and transparent for both hosts and guests. Each listing includes a Cancellation Policy, chosen by the vendor or host when creating their listing. Please review the policy on the listing before booking, as it determines what refunds may apply.
1. Flexible
Cancel up to 7 days before the start date → Full refund (minus processing fees, if any).
Cancel within 7 days of the start date → No refund.
Example: If your retreat starts on June 10th, you must cancel by June 3rd to receive a refund.
2. Moderate
Cancel up to 14 days before the start date → Full refund.
Cancel 7–13 days before the start date → 50% refund.
Cancel less than 7 days before the start date → No refund.
Example: If your event starts on July 20th, you must cancel by July 6th for a full refund, or by July 13th for a 50% refund.
3. Strict
Cancel up to 30 days before the start date → 50% refund.
Cancel less than 30 days before the start date → No refund.
Example: If your workshop begins on August 15th, cancellations before July 16th receive a 50% refund.
4. Non-Refundable
All bookings are final.
No refunds for cancellations, regardless of timing.
Example: If you book a course under this policy, the fee is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
Additional Notes
Special Circumstances (Force Majeure)
In cases of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, serious illness, or other emergencies, Clarity Pulse reserves the right to review and override standard cancellation policies at our discretion.
Host Cancellations
If a host cancels a booking, guests will receive a full refund. Repeated host cancellations may lead to penalties or account suspension.
No-Show by Hosts
If a host fails to provide the agreed experience or accommodation (“no-show”), guests are entitled to a full refund.
Booking Modifications
Changes to booking dates, services, or guest details must be made through the Clarity Pulse platform. Modifications may affect the applicable cancellation policy.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued according to the selected cancellation policy. Processing times may vary depending on the guest’s payment method and bank. Please note that service fees and currency conversion costs may be non-refundable
