The 6 days Mental Detox retreat is designed to release mental clutter, and overwhelming emotions, cultivate inner peace, and bring clarity to your life to construct your life vision.

Through a combination of individual therapy sessions, healing, and rejuvenating activities, you will embark on a transformative journey toward clarity, improved well-being, and a happier life!

It is a very special retreat with massive value, with plenty of individual sessions in Naturopathy, Hypnotherapy and Reflexology.

It is a very personal retreat as we keep the number of spots very limited (max 3 or 4 persons) in order to be able to do individual sessions and bring massive value to each participant. On top of that, you will enjoy the peaceful surroundings of the retreat and our amazing location close to one of Portugal's most beautiful beaches with plenty of activities on the beach.

Cancellation at least 28 days before the retreat starts:

The full amount of the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellation at least 14 days before the retreat starts:

A cancellation fee of 50 Euros will be charged and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded. You can choose to transfer your booking to another date, without needing to pay the cancellation fee.

Cancellation 0 to 13 days before the retreat starts:
The deposit will be kept as an administrative surcharge.

Reconnect with yourself and heal!

At the end it is your retreat, so you can create it the way that feels good for yourself. We like to provide all the possibilities for you!

Every morning you wake up with a yoga practice of 1,5 to 2 hours. This can inlcude meditation and pranayama aswell. The group is small so the class will be adjusted to the wishes of the group or you as an individual. We will offer different styles for you to explore like Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Hatha, Nidra, Yin and Restoritive yoga.

After that you can enjoy a lovely big home made brunch. This will be vegan and/or vegetarian.

The afternoon is free for you to explore, relax or take some extra me-time with the additional sessions we offer. You can have a hike, you can take a walk to the beach or just enjoy the big garden with swimming pool. We can arrange a shuttle to go to town nearest (beach town).

In the evening we have another yoga practice scheduled for 1,5 to 2 hours.

Finsihing the evening with a nourishing vegetarian/vegan dinner all together (no alcohol at our property).

During the season we will organise different events where you can participate, like Sound healing yoga pratices, Kirtans ( mantra singing ceremony), ecstatic dances, acro yoga sessions, cacao ceremony and other workshops.

Accommodation Details

Private Room with Private Bathroom (1 Person)
A beautiful, spacious private bedroom with a queen-size bed of 150 cm.
Attached to the room, you have a private bathroom and a door to your big private terrace, surrounded by the mountains.

Shared Triple Room (1 person)
This is a comfortable, spacious shared room with three single beds only for women. This accommodation is with a shared bathroom.

Book your flight to Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández Airport (ALC)
Either way we will guide you and help you with making your travel plan.

The nearest airport is Alicante International Airport (ALC), Spain. We can arrange a pick-up and drop-of for an additional €70 euro (one-way).

Or you can enjoy the nice ride with the tram L1, along the coast. From every tram stop in Alicante to Paradiso (Villa joyosa). If you come from the airport you first take a bus to the center and from there the tram.

We have a free pick up and drop of at the tram station Paradiso.

Nearby Attraction

You will be surrounded by nature and only 20 minutes walking from the beautiful Mediterranean Sea.

When you arrive, you feel an intense peace of silence. There is nothing but the sound of the wind and the birds.

La casa Moonspiration is surrounded by mountains, with a really big garden of 28.000 m2, where you have many spots to chill and relax.

You can cuddle the two cats and chickens in the garden, harvest some fruits or vegetables, relax at the pool, enjoy the views from the rooftop, read a book in the hammock, or take a lovely hike in the mountains or towards the sea.

The house is close to the seaside town Villajoyosa, a 10-minute drive.

The closest beach is only 20 minutes of walking distance, and there are many different small beaches nearby. By car that will be around 5 to 10 min.

If you are a hiker, you can go in any direction starting from our garden. You can do a mountain hike or a hike to the beach.

Can you arrange an airport transfer? How far is it from the airport?
We offer airport transfers at an additional cost of €70 euro this takes 35 min. Or you can use our free pick-up service from the Paradis tram stop in town, that takes around 2 hours
