Each day includes two therapeutic yoga sessions tailored for all levels, daily meditation, and afternoon activities such as cookery classes, nature walks, and informative talks on Ayurveda and mindful living.

Nourishing three-meal Ayurvedic cuisine supports digestion and overall balance, while restorative evening sessions like Yoga Nidra and sound meditation help you unwind before sleep.
