This retreat offers a unique blend of subconscious anxiety pattern release and nervous system regulation. Through guided hypnosis and Reiki energy healing, you’ll experience deep mental quieting and emotional release without the need to analyse or relive difficult experiences.
The program includes two group hypno-Reiki sessions, a personalised one-to-one emotional detox session, and time for rest, gentle movement, or countryside walks. You’ll also receive a bespoke relaxation recording to support your ongoing well-being at home.
