Host & Event Organizers Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Clarity Pulse. These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our Platform as a host or event organizer (“Vendor”) offering events, retreats, workshops, or related services. By registering as a host or event organizer and listing your services on Clarity Pulse, you agree to be bound by these T&C.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Clarity Pulse Platform as a host or event organizer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&C, including any future modifications. If you do not agree with any part of these T&C, you must not use our Platform.

2. Eligibility

Minimum Age & Capacity: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Accurate Information: You represent that all information provided during registration and in your listings is accurate, complete, and kept up-to-date.

3. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation: Hosts and event organizers must register for an account and provide valid contact information.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Notification: You must promptly notify Clarity Pulse of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breaches.

4. Listings and Content

Quality & Accuracy: All listings for events, retreats, or other services must be accurate and reflective of the actual service provided. This includes event descriptions, dates, pricing, and any applicable terms.
Prohibited Content: Listings containing fraudulent, misleading, or infringing content are strictly prohibited. Clarity Pulse reserves the right to remove any listings that violate these terms.
Modifications: You may update or modify your listings at any time. However, significant changes to the service that affect bookings must be communicated promptly to your customers.

5. Vendor Obligations

Service Delivery: You agree to deliver the services as described in your listings. Failure to deliver as promised may result in customer complaints, refunds, and possible account suspension.
Compliance: You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or insurance required for your events or services.
Customer Communication: You must respond to inquiries and manage bookings in a timely and professional manner.

6. Commission, Fees, and Payment Processing

Commission Structure: Clarity Pulse charges a commission of 5% per qualifying booking on events and retreats, plus a standard commission on deposits (typically 15% for certain services) along with any processing fees.
No Monthly Fees: There are no recurring monthly fees for maintaining your vendor account.
Payment Processing: All payments are handled via our secure payment partners (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, WooCommerce, ClearPay, Klarna). A small payout fee may apply when transferring funds to your designated account.
Refunds and Adjustments: In cases where a refund is issued, commissions and processing fees will be adjusted in accordance with our refund policy and the individual event’s cancellation terms.

7. Cancellation, Refunds, and Rescheduling

Customer Cancellations: You must clearly specify your cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies in your listing. These policies must comply with applicable laws and will be binding on customers who book your services.
Host Cancellations: Should you need to cancel or reschedule an event, you are required to notify affected customers as soon as possible and issue refunds in accordance with your stated policy.
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseeable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), both parties agree to work in good faith to resolve issues, which may include refunds, rescheduling, or alternative arrangements.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership: You retain ownership of any original content (text, images, videos) that you provide in your listings. However, by submitting content, you grant Clarity Pulse a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute this content on the Platform.
Third-Party Rights: You must ensure that any content provided does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

9. Prohibited Conduct

As a host or event organizer, you agree not to:

Provide false, misleading, or deceptive information.
Engage in fraudulent or unethical practices.
Interfere with the normal operation of the Clarity Pulse Platform.
Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
Harass, abuse, or harm any customers or other vendors.

10. Termination and Suspension

Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time. However, you are responsible for fulfilling all obligations for bookings that are already in progress.
Termination by Clarity Pulse: Clarity Pulse reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these T&C or engage in conduct deemed harmful to the Platform.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any pending transactions will be processed according to our policies.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service “As Is”: The Platform is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. Clarity Pulse does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Clarity Pulse or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clarity Pulse and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these T&C.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising from these T&C or your use of the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in [Your Jurisdiction], except where prohibited by law.

13. Modifications to These Terms
